Founded in 2020, MicroLev is an optical equipment company that exists to improve scientist’s understanding of the critical roles that aerosols play in our everyday lives by providing accurate and more innovative aerosol research instruments.  As the public begins to face more issues regarding climate, environment, and health, MicroLev seeks to build a more sustainable future.

Dr.Hallie Chelmo, assistant professor of Mechanical Engineering at University of North Dakota, has received a $750,000 grant from the Office of Naval Research to research the interaction between hypersonic vehicles and atmospheric ice crystals using our DBET.
